Energetic, perceptive and direct, Elke Rubach stands apart in the financial planning industry with her holistic, no-hold-barred approach to helping successful professionals overcome a chaotic financial landscape and get their house — and legacy — in order.
Elke’s belief in the importance of financial planning grew out of her early life experiences when her father died at 50 years old with no plan or provisions for the wife and family he left behind. Inspired by her mother’s perseverance, Elke worked hard at school. She became fluent in English, Spanish, French and German, and eventually earned a graduate degree in law in Mexico (ITAM) and a Master of Law with a focus on banking and finance, from the London School of Economics.

After several years of practicing law and contributing to international wealth management, private banking, and risk management at one of Canada's big banks, Elke founded Rubach Wealth in 2012. This boutique Family Office provides a multi-disciplinary approach to financial planning, collaborating with lawyers, tax experts, and other professionals
Elke is a sought-after speaker on wealth management, estate planning and philanthropy. She is also a dedicated board member and philanthropist, contributing to organizations such as Ronald McDonald House Charities (former Board Member), SickKids Foundation (Professional Advisors Council, Innovator), and the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee.

She founded Fashion Heals to support SickKids and was actively involved with Opportunity International as an Ambassador. She is a former member of the Board of the Canadian Breast Cancer Society and other charitable initiatives. She also sits on the Advisory Board of Transpod Inc.
Elke has three children ages 17, 15 and 13 and lives in Toronto.
